I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, especially because of its fantastic location near Uluru and Kata Tjuta. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable base for exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. However, the dining options could use some variety to match the overall experience, and I felt the shuttle service could be improved. Overall, it was great value for money and perfect for my trip.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with access to a beautiful location close to Uluru and Kata Tjuta. The rooms were fine but had standard facilities, and the service was attentive, though it could take a bit longer during busy times. The value for money was decent, especially for the activities offered. One downside was the weak Wi-Fi signal which made it hard to stay connected.

The hotel had some pros and cons during my stay. The location is fantastic, with great views of Uluru, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms felt a bit dated, with some cleanliness issues, and the breakfast options could use improvement. Overall, it's decent for the value but not without its drawbacks.

The hotel has beautiful gardens and was clean and warm upon arrival, which was a nice touch given the cold weather. However, the room outlook was disappointing for the price, and the service could use more training. Overall, it's a mixed bag but has potential if some areas are improved.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location is fantastic with views of Uluru and a nice cultural area nearby, the room I received was not clean when I arrived and had clearly not been prepared for me. The staff was friendly, and check-in was quicker than expected, but the service overall felt a little disorganized. It’s definitely a place with potential, but improvements are needed in the housekeeping and service departments.

I had a pretty decent stay overall. The location is ideal, being really close to all the activities I planned around Uluru and Kata Tjuta. While my room was spacious and had a nice balcony, it did show signs of wear and tear, which was a bit of a letdown. The staff were super friendly and provided great service, but the dining options, especially breakfast, felt a bit overpriced and underwhelming.

I had a great stay at the hotel, with very clean and spacious rooms that made me feel right at home. The air conditioning was a plus, especially during the hot afternoons. The service was incredibly helpful, especially when the shuttle bus to Alice Springs didn't show up – the staff really came through for us. The location is convenient for visiting Uluru and Kata Tjuta, but I would suggest skipping the deluxe view since it didn't seem worth the extra cost. Overall, it's a good value for money, but the dining experience could use some improvement.
